What Sycha is

Sycha is a marketplace, not a single shop. The products here belong to independent Iraqi stores; each store lists its own goods and prepares its own orders, and Sycha is where they meet customers and how the parcel reaches them.

Every product carries the name of the store selling it. That is not a formality: you know who you are buying from before you order.

How stores are measured

A store cannot award itself a rating or a badge on Sycha. Every figure on a store page is one we measured from its real orders: what buyers rated it, how many orders arrived, and how quickly it prepares them.

And where a figure is too small to mean anything, it is not shown at all. A new store does not appear rated «0 out of 5» — it appears unrated, until there is something to say.
