How buying on Sycha works

The steps

1. Browse or search. Every product shows its final price and the name of the store selling it.
2. Add it to the basket. If the product has options — a colour, a size — you choose first, because the price and the availability follow the row you chose.
3. Enter your name, phone number and address. We send a code to your number to confirm it is yours, because that is where the parcel is going.
4. Pay cash on delivery. The amount due at the door is shown in full before you confirm the order.

What you pay

The price of the product as listed, plus delivery. Both appear on the confirmation step before you press «Confirm order», and neither changes afterwards.

Cash on delivery — no card, no payment up front, no subscription.

After you order

The order reaches the store, which prepares it and hands it to the courier. You can follow its stage under «My orders» on the site or in the app, and a notification reaches you at each change.

If your order came from more than one store, it may arrive in more than one parcel — each store prepares its own goods.

Who you are buying from

The seller is an independent Iraqi store, named on the product page. Its own page shows what we measured about it: what its buyers rated it and how many orders arrived, where there is enough to say so.
