How does cash on delivery work?
The customer orders without paying and pays the courier in cash on arrival. The money returns to the platform, which then settles with the merchant.
Who handles collecting the money?

What happens if the customer does not accept the order?
The item comes back to you and you are not charged for its value. It appears on your dashboard like any other order.
How should I price for cash on delivery?
Account for the item, the delivery fee, the commission and an expected return rate. Most losses come from ignoring the last one.
