How much is the commission?
Commission is agreed with each store based on what you sell, before you start selling. There are no other fees charged to the merchant.
Is registering free?
Yes, entirely. No signup fee, no monthly subscription, and no charge for listing products.
When do I get paid?
Once the customer has received the order and the cash reaches us, your share is credited to your balance and settled with you. Your balance is visible on the dashboard at any time.
Who pays the delivery fee?
The delivery fee is applied to the order and the customer sees it before confirming. The details are explained when we agree your commission.
What happens if an order is returned?
The item comes back to you and you are not charged for its value. Any amount refunded to the customer is deducted from your next payout, and all of it is visible on your dashboard.
Is there a contract or a minimum term?
No. You can stop selling at any time and still receive what you are owed for completed orders.
