From signing up to getting paid — five steps.

Register your store
Your name, store name, mobile number and a password. The account opens immediately and you finish the rest in your own time.

Add your pickup details
Governorate, district and pickup address, plus your exact location on the map so the courier knows where to collect from.

We review it
Someone on our team checks your store. The moment you are approved your store opens automatically — no need to sign in again.

Add your products
A photo, a name, a price and how many you have. The product appears to buyers in the app straight away.

Take orders, get paid
Orders reach your dashboard and your Telegram. You prepare them; Sycha handles collection, delivery and payment — and the amount lands in your balance.
Who runs shipping and collection?
Sycha, entirely. All financial settlement happens directly between you and Sycha — you hold no contractual or financial relationship with any shipping party.
How do I know an order came in?
It appears on your dashboard immediately, and if you have linked Telegram you get a message with the order number, item count, total and district.
Can I change prices and stock later?
Yes, any time from the dashboard. Changes appear in the app straight away.
