Registering
Do I need a trade licence to sell?
No commercial registration or licence is required to register. The platform is open to brands, distributors and retailers alike.
What information do you need?
To open an account: your name, store name, mobile number and a password. To be approved: a pickup address, your location on the map, and a link to your store on social media.
Why do you ask for a store link?
So we can check the store is real before publishing it to buyers. Any link works — Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or a WhatsApp number.
Who reviews my application?
Someone on our team, by hand — not an automated system. The decision reaches you on Telegram if you have linked it, or you can see it when you open the platform.
Money
How much commission do you take?
It is agreed with each store based on what you sell, before you start. There is no signup fee and no monthly subscription.
When does my money arrive?
After the customer receives the order and the collected cash reaches us. Your balance is visible on the dashboard as it changes.
How does the customer pay?
Cash on delivery — the customer pays when the order arrives, and Sycha handles collection and settlement with you.
Delivery and orders
Do you deliver everywhere in Iraq?
Delivery covers 18 governorates and 4,533 areas across Iraq.
Who collects the order from me?
A courier from our delivery network comes to the pickup address you set. That is why we ask for your location on the map — so they reach you exactly.
What do I do if an item sells out?
Set the quantity to zero on your dashboard and the product disappears from the app. You can bring it back at any time.
What if the customer refuses the order?
The item comes back to you and you are not charged for its value. It all shows on your dashboard.
Your account
I forgot my password — what now?
Tap “Forgot password” on the login page and we will send a code to the same number on WhatsApp.
Can I be both a customer and a merchant on one number?
Yes. The same number works as a shopper in the app and as a merchant on the platform — there is no conflict.
